ACS operates across Swindon and Wiltshire on an ad hoc basis. When a job is confirmed we need people who can show up, work hard and represent the business well. No contracts. No commitment beyond the job.
What we're looking for
We do house clearances, rubbish removal and scrap metal removal across Swindon and Wiltshire. The work is physical. It moves quickly. You need to be able to show up on time, follow instruction, and represent All Clear Solutions professionally on a client's property.
We don't need qualifications. We need people who turn up when they say they will and work properly when they're there. If that's you, get in touch.
Clearance work is lifting, carrying and loading. You need to be fit enough to do a full day's physical work safely.
If you say you're available and take a job, you show up. On time, ready to work. That's the only rule that really matters.
You're on a client's property representing ACS. Clean, respectful, focused. The client notices everything.
Jobs happen across Swindon, Highworth, Wroughton, Wootton Bassett and surrounding areas. You need to be able to get there.
How it works
Email or call us to register your interest. Tell us your name, which areas of Swindon and Wiltshire you can cover, and when you're generally available.
When a job is confirmed, we contact available people directly — date, location, type of work, time needed.
Reply to confirm you can make it. First confirmed person gets the job. Simple and fair.
Arrive on time. Follow the lead. Work properly. Get paid on completion. No complications.
